We do not canvas professionals. We rely on word of mouth.
The validation process, to confirm a customer feedback follows a 4 steps process:

The Conency membership process continues through customers feedbacks posted on the Conency website.
Our criteria is:

  • Quality in terms of delivered work and relational
  • Technical competency
  • Fairness and transparency in terms of advice, offer, price, deadline

Why word of mouth?

  • Simply because “Only you”, the customer, is in the best position to evaluate a service delivered.
  • We encourage you to give your feedback on the site.
  • All opinions, even critical ones, are published.
  • Word of mouth is at the heart of our approach. When applied individually and subjectively, it can seem imperfect. After several customers add feedbacks to the existing testimonials about a consultant, we speak about “collective word of mouth” and this qualification represents a guarantee of confidence.
  • We monitor each "feedback" and contact both parties if necessary.
  • We invite all Conency users to tell us about their consultants who delighted them with their service, by talking to them about our network. Word of mouth also works in this sense.

We invite each Consultant to be committed to:

  • Respond to each request: either to follow up or to decline.
  • Take the initiative to inform in case of delay.
  • Prefer to decline or refer to another Consultant if the technical need or the deadline does not fit.
  • Favour compromise in case of dispute.

We invite each Customer to:

  • Solicit an offer from only 2 or 3 consultants, depending on the demand.
  • Inform the consultant if the proposal is not accepted.
  • Take the time to share your feedback.

Conency is committed to:

  • Rigorously manage the selection process.
  • Monitor the evaluations and ensure moderation without taking sides.

Trusted third party

Conency acts as a trusted third party in case of difficulty or conflict between the Customer and the Consultant.

  • Conency can intervene at the customer's request to facilitate the relationship and help resolve the dispute.
  • Conency’s role is to facilitate the relationship; the negotiation of the compromise remains in the hands of the Customer and the Consultant.
  • At the end of the dispute, Conency will remind the Customer that he or she can post an evaluation that will express his or her feelings; the Consultant will also have the opportunity to respond.

Who pays for what ?

The service is free.
